To receive a visa support letter for your German course (booking confirmation) which is necessary for visa application you must:

1. pay the full amount of the German course fee and - if booked - also for accommodation for the complete period.

2. The booking confirmation of the German course is to be presented when applying for a visa and takes the place of the "invitation". No "invitations" are issued by Alpha Sprachinstitut Austria. On request we send this confirmation by e-mail or by fax to the Austrian Embassy where you apply for the visa. If you wish to receive the booking confirmation by courier, please arrange for a courier to pick up the document at the office of Alpha Sprachinstitut Austria (open hours Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Friday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
